16th iPhone competition rules

1. Organization

This competition with purchase obligation "Win an iPhone 16" (hereinafter referred to as "the competition") is organized by Planet Foods (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), a limited liability company under Belgian law, whose registered office is located at 6, Rue de l'Industrie, 1400 Nivelles (Belgium).

2. Conditions of participation

Participation in this competition is reserved for persons meeting the following conditions (hereinafter referred to as "participants"):

• Reside in mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain or Italy.
• Provide a valid email address and phone number when ordering to allow the Organizer to contact them.

3. Batch

Participants have the opportunity to win the following prize by drawing lots:

📱 1x iPhone 16e

The color and storage capacity of the iPhone 16 will be determined by the Organizer based on availability at the time of purchase. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

4. Participation fees

Participation in this competition does not involve any additional costs other than the purchase obligation mentioned in section 5.

Planet Foods will not be responsible for any additional taxes or fees associated with receiving the lot (e.g. customs duties, local taxes, etc.).

5. Terms of participation

Participation in the competition is open from March 13, 2025 at 10 a.m. to March 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

6. Designation of the winners

The winner will be chosen by random drawing from the list of customers who have placed an eligible order during the competition period.

The draw will take place before the start of the next competition, which will begin on March 26, 2025.

7. Date and terms of publication of results

The results will be communicated on March 26, 2025 according to the following terms:

• Display of the winner's first name, first letter of last name and order number on this page.
• Direct notification by email and/or telephone to the winner.

8. Personal data

Participants' personal data is collected with their consent as part of this competition for the purpose of:

• Verify their identity,
• Notify the winners,
• Give them the lot.

9. Modification and cancellation

In the event of force majeure, suspicion of fraud or attempted manipulation, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, shorten, modify or postpone the competition at any time, without incurring any liability.

If any changes are made, prior communication will be made by any appropriate means.

10. Responsibility of the Organizer

The Organizer is only responsible for the purchase and delivery of the prize as described in section 3. It cannot be held responsible:

• If the winner cannot be contacted due to an invalid email or phone number.
• In the event of a delay or problem with delivery of the batch by the manufacturer or the carrier.
• If the winner cannot use the prize for a personal or technical reason.

11. Name and image

The winner authorizes Planet Foods to use his or her name and image in any advertising or promotional campaign related to the contest, without claiming any additional compensation or remuneration.
