Orders

How to order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I place an order if I am an individual?

No, the Planet Foods website is exclusively reserved for professionals. If you are an individual, go to My American Shop

Can I speak to someone before placing my order?

What payment methods are accepted?

You have the choice between several payment options for your order: bank transfer, credit card, Bancontact, KBC or Belfius.

How can I get an invoice?

An invoice will be sent to you by email when your order is processed by our logistics warehouse.

What are the minimum order quantities?

You need at least one box per reference and your order must be at least €500 (excl. VAT).

Deliveries

Which countries do we deliver to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We advise you to go to the delivery page for more information.

What are the delivery methods?

We offer you 2 possibilities:

  • Collection via your carrier at our depot located at: Rue de l'industrie 6, 1400 Nivelles .
  • Delivery support via our carriers
